They were so impressed with the coach, team and the team plans that they got together with some of their friends and donated $10,000 in equipment and cash. SOUP SOUP SOUP
Every year Mrs. Ellis, AVID Advisor, puts on a fundraiser in which bowls of homemade soup are sold to the teachers during their lunch period for $5.00. This money goes to Senior Stoles, College Visits, and end of year AVID Senior Banquet.
A Tasty Event
Notice the soup on the shelf. They were not out of stock
15 soups were donated by Booster members and teachers. Teachers commented this should be done more often. Some told us that several students questioned why they didn’t get any
A total of $174 was sold and is matched by a Booster Club member for a Soup Day total of $348
Thanks to the members who donated soup and thanks to those who helped serve and organize this event

State Final Game
